Ohana Real Estate Investors Acquires Panther National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Palm Beach Gardens, FL, July 23, 2026

Ohana Real Estate Investors (Ohana), announced today the acquisition of Panther National, a private golf community and club in Palm Beach County, from Centaur (Palm Beach) Owner LLC. This acquisition further expands Ohana’s growing portfolio of premier residential communities and resort destinations.

Located across 400 acres in Palm Beach Gardens, Panther National features a collection of private homes and homesites surrounded by a 2,400-acre protected nature preserve. The centerpiece of the community is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas, complemented by a nearly 60,000-square-foot clubhouse.

“The acquisition of Panther National reflects Ohana’s disciplined strategy of investing in exceptional assets with enduring competitive advantages,” said Franco Famularo, President and Chief Investment Officer of Ohana. “With its custom residences, championship golf, and premier amenities, it is a natural fit for our portfolio and a meaningful opportunity to invest in one of South Florida’s most attractive residential markets.”

Panther National marks the firm’s first equity investment in Florida, complementing its existing credit investment in the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach and expanding Ohana’s presence in the state. The acquisition also reflects the strength of Ohana’s vertically integrated platform, which brings together investment, development and residential brokerage capabilities to support each asset from acquisition through long-term stewardship.

Ohana’s residential platform brings a proven track record to Panther National: the firm has developed more than 3.7 million* square feet of residential communities and amenities, and its dedicated residential brokerage has closed more than $3.4 billion* in transactions across its portfolio of world-class resorts and residential communities.

“Having developed communities like Twin Dolphin in Los Cabos, we recognized Panther National’s strong fundamentals and are excited to build on them,” said Eddie Yu, Partner and Head of Acquisitions. “Through continued investment in real estate offerings, member experiences and amenities, we see an opportunity to elevate an already exceptional community and further establish Panther National as one of South Florida’s premier private golf and residential destinations.”

The Panther National team is preparing for the next release of private homes and homesites for Fall 2026.
